Field Trip Tours For Spring and Summer - April 1 through August 16, 2024

GARDEN TOUR

Your group will get a tour of the petting farm, an opportunity to interact with the animals, and a hayride through our farm fields. They will also visit our demonstration garden. We have a Strawberry garden, a Butterfly garden, a Spring garden, a Summer garden, and a Pizza garden. Our knowledgeable tour guides will discuss how a seed grows and planting on the farm. Each child will plant a seed to take home and also get our newsletter.
Cost: $10.50 per child $6.00 per adult Tour time: 1 ¼ to 1 ½ hours

PETTING FARM TOUR

A personalized tour of our beautiful petting farm and new baby animals. Our knowledgeable tour guides will discuss the importance of animals on the farm. Children will have an opportunity to feed the goats. The tour also includes a hayride through our farm fields. Each child will take home a Clark's Elioak Farm newsletter.
Cost: $9.00 per child $6.00 per adult Tour time: 1 hour

NURSERY RHYME TOUR

Take a tour of our life-sized Nursery Rhyme characters & learn at least ten nursery rhymes through a fun-filled focus on language, cadence, rhyme, rhythm, alliteration, silliness, sequencing, and numbers. Through movement & hands-on exploration your children will learn about many of their favorite nursery rhymes in an "enchanted" setting. The tour also includes a hayride through our farm fields. Each child will take home a Clark's Elioak Farm newsletter.
Cost: $10.50 per child $6.00 per adult Tour time: 1 hour

NURSERY RHYME & PETTING FARM TOUR

Take a tour of our life-sized Nursery Rhyme characters & learn at least ten nursery rhymes through a fun-filled focus on language, cadence, rhyme, rhythm, alliteration, silliness, sequencing, and numbers. Through movement & hands-on exploration your children will learn about many of their favorite nursery rhymes in an "enchanted" setting. This option will also include a tour of the petting farm animals with feed for the goats. A hayride through our farm fields is part of this tour package as well. Each child will take home a Clark's Elioak Farm newsletter.
Cost: $13.00 per child $6.00 per adult Tour time: 1½ hours

PONY RIDES

Pony rides are available for children ages 1 to 6 years old as an add-on option. PLEASE add ½ hour to your tour time for your children to enjoy their pony rides.
Additional cost: $2.50 per child

Other amenities included in all tours:

Hand washing stations with running water and soap and portable toilet facilities
A picnic area for lunch or snacks. Snacks, juices and ice cream available for sale
Play areas for the children including slides and photo opportunities
Great ENCHANTED FOREST attractions and Pine Tree Forest
FREE bus and car parking
Castle Store with our grassfed beef & pastured pork and delicious locally-grown & produced foods

For GROUPS with less than 12 CHILDREN:

You have two options if you bring a smaller group to the farm: (1) You are welcome to come visit the farm with your smaller group, pay general admission ($8.00 per person) and have a great time exploring the farm on your own. There are educational signs throughout the farm and friendly staff who can answer any questions you might have. Ride tickets are available as follows: $2.50 per rider for the hay wagon ride (for adults and children), the pony ride (for children age 6 and under) and cow train ride (mostly kids ride on this ride). $5 per rider for the Enchanted Express Train (for adults and children). OR (2) you can pay for the price for 12 children to have a tour (even if your numbers are less than 12) and have a tour guide show your group around the farm in one of the tour options listed above (All tour options include the hay wagon ride). Ride tickets are available for purchase for the other rides.

Either way works well; just pick the option that works best for you.

Spring & Summer Tours are available April 1 thru August 16, 2024 (Tuesday thru Friday). Tours must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.

Petting Farm

Seasons at the Farm!

Spring season at the farm is a special time. The farm comes alive after the long winter months with baby animals, bright green , healthy vegetables and beautiful flowers.

You will see some new animals at the farm as well as visit with some "old friends" like Captain Jack. Come on out and rediscover your favorite farm animals and take a pony ride, hayride and picnic and play with us.

During the summer all of the animals are still around to visit with you. The Enchanted Pine Tree Forest is a lovely, cool place to explore and picnic. Play in our Enchanted Pine Tree Forest. You can find many Enchanted Forest characters, including Little Boy Blue, Mary, Mary Quite Contrary, Little Red Riding Hood and Peter, Peter Pumpkin Eater's wife hiding in the woods. On really hot days, you can cool off under our misting tent and have a cool, refreshing ice cream.

Our fall season is very busy and full of fun. In addition to visiting your animal friends, you can take a hayride to the pumpkin patch to pick a pumpkin, explore our Enchanted Pine Tree Forest and enjoy a lovely day at the farm.
