2009 Fall School/Group Tour

 New Home of your Favorite Figures from the Enchanted Forest!

     

The Clark family is pleased to invite you to tour our beautiful petting farm in the heart of Howard County.  Our petting farm and pumpkin patch are part of our 420-acre farming operation.  We are a short bus ride from most schools and day care centers in the Baltimore-Washington area and are easily reached from Route 40, Route 70, Route 100, and Route 29.

You may schedule a guided tour for any time between September 14 and October 31, 2009 from 9 AM to 4 PM. Come see our

friendly animals, take a hay ride, take a pony ride, pick a pumpkin from our patch, explore our Enchanted Forest Pine Tree Maze, enjoy our play areas and all of the great figures from the Enchanted Forest.  You may also visit our country store.

 Your Fall field trip will include:

·         a guided tour of the Petting Farm by knowledgeable tour guides with age-appropriate information about the animals and farming

·         a chance to feed and pet  the animals

·         a hayride through our farm fields.  See the great scenery and the Enchanted Forest treasures along   the way.  Look for the “Forest Faces” too!

·         picking a pumpkin in our pumpkin patch

·         farm museum and gift shop

·         Enchanted Forest figures and buildings to see and visit

·         handwashing stations with running water and rest room facilities

·         a picnic area for lunch or snacks

·         Enchantaed Forest PINE TREE MAZE and play areas

 

            PONY RIDES are also available.

 

            Costs:    $8.50 per child (includes a pumpkin from the pumpkin patch)

                           $4.00 per adult (without pumpkin)

                            One teacher free for each 10 children

                           $2.00 extra per child for pony rides

                       

            Group size:   Minimum for tour:  15 children  in September

                      20 children in October

                                     Afternoon tours may be available for smaller groups.   

                                                              

            Tour time:  Approximately one and a half hours.  Please add ˝ hour to

                                 your total time if your children would like to enjoy a pony ride.

                                 You may stay and eat and play as long as you like.
