Clark's Farm is a small seventh generation family farm in the heart of Howard County. We raise our vegetables and animals in a sustainable manner that benefits the animals, the consumer, and the land.

Right now we are harvesting the last of our summer crops such as tomatoes, summer squash, peppers, eggplant, and green beans. We are also starting to harvest our Fall crops such as lettuce, kale, swiss chard, arugula, potoatoes, onions, garlic, winter squash, and more! Plus homegrown herbs- cilantro, thyme, oregano, chives (regular or garlic), sage, and others! Everything we grown is all natural and chemical free.

The Castle Store is at 10500 Clarksville Pike, Ellicott City, MD 21042

  • We use cover crops, promote beneficial insects, and crop rotation to improve our soils and plants
  • We manage our land thoughtful of the health of the land, and the nutritional value of our products
  • We raise our vegetables without the use of any synthetic chemical pesticides, herbicides or fertilizers
  • All vegetables, herbs and flowers in our CSA shares are raised on our farm.
  • Our entire farm, 540 acres, is in either the county or state farmland preservation programs
  • We protect our streams through a variety of soil conservation and conservation reserve programs
  • We want to know our customers and want our customers to know their farmers

We grow a variety of seasonal produce and herbs throughout the year. During the Spring and Fall you can find our hoemgornw produce and herbs in our Castle Store Farm Market. During the July and August, which is our busiest season, our Roadside Farm Stand is open daily as follows:
