Fall Field Trip at the Farm

(September 13 thru November 2)

The Clark family is pleased to invite you to tour our beautiful petting farm in the heart of Howard County. Our petting farm and pumpkin patch are part of our 540-acre farming operation. We are a short bus ride from most schools and day care centers in the Baltimore-Washington area with easy access from Route 40, Route 70, Route 100 and Route 29.

In addition to the great petting farm tour, hayride and trip to the pumpkin patch for the children to pick a pumpkin, you can also enjoy the treasures from the ENCHANTED FOREST you remember from your past! We invite you to enjoy our exciting ENCHANTED FOREST MAZE. The 1 ¼ acre pine tree MAZE is filled with more of your favorite Enchanted Forest pieces. There is a surprise around every corner!! Your children can take pony rides, too!!

FIELD TRIP TOURS FOR FALL ---September 13 to November 2

Your Fall Field Trip will include:

· A guided tour of the Petting Farm by knowledgeable tour guides with age-appropriate information about the animals and farming

· A chance to feed and pet the animals

· A hayride through our farm fields. See the great scenery and the Enchanted Forest treasures along the way. Look for the “Forest Faces” too!

· Picking a pumpkin in our pumpkin patch

· A chance to add Pony Rides as a option to your field trip @ $2.00 per child

· Farm museum and gift shop

· Enchanted Forest figures and buildings to see and visit and our great Enchanted Forest PINE TREE MAZE

· Handwashing stations with running water and rest room facilities

· A picnic area for lunch or snacks

Costs: $9.25 per child (includes a pumpkin from the pumpkin patch)

$4.00 per adult (without pumpkin)

One teacher free for each 10 children

$2.00 extra per child for pony rides

Tour time: Approximately one and a half hours. Please add ½ hour to your total time if your children would like to enjoy a pony ride. You may stay and eat and play as long as you like after your tour is over.

Group size: Minimum for tour: 15 children in September 20 children in October

Smaller groups may: (1) schedule a guided tour in the afternoon, or

(2) schedule a self-guided tour (see below)

Self-guided Tour. You will get the group tour rate, the opportunity to visit the farm on your own at your own pace, a hayride to the pumpkin patch so the children can pick a pumpkin. You can do pony rides, too, This is a great option for smaller groups. Contact us to schedule your self-guided tour for whatever day works for you.
